Welcome — we're glad you're here. This website is operated by Northpark Church of Wake Forest, North Carolina. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you don't agree, please don't use the site. We keep them short and in plain English on purpose.
Using the site
This site exists to share who we are, what's happening at Northpark, and how to get connected. You're welcome to browse, watch, share links, and fill out our forms for their intended purposes. Please don't misuse the site — that includes attempting to break or bypass its security, scraping or harvesting information, submitting forms with false or automated content, or using the site in any unlawful way.
Our content
Unless noted otherwise, everything on this site — sermons and message recordings, photos, graphics, and written content — belongs to Northpark Church or is used with permission. You're welcome to share and quote it for personal, non-commercial purposes (sharing a sermon is the point!). Please don't republish or sell it, or present it as your own, without asking us first.
Links and third-party services
The site links to and embeds services we don't control — Church Center for giving, ministry forms, registrations, and groups; YouTube and Vimeo for video; Spotify for the podcast; and other resources we think are helpful. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything a third party publishes.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Service times, events, and other details can change — when something matters, confirm it with us directly.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northpark Church and its staff and volunteers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) this site or anything linked from it. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of North Carolina.
