For the Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend, NP will have a special family service at NP2 (***not at River Bend Middle***) at 10:00am that day! Kids and adults alike will gather together in the sanctuary for the worship service and then make plans to stay after for a cookout at the Community Building, yard games, and more!

Church Yard Sale: Missions Fundraiser
Saturday, June 10
4529 Purnell Rd, Wake Forest

We’re raising money for this year’s mission trip to Nicaragua with a church wide indoor yard sale!

Do YOU have items that are new or gently used that you don’t need or want anymore? Donate them to us! You get unwanted/unneeded items out of your house, we get to include those items in the Yard Sale and make money to build houses for families in Nicaragua, and items not sold will go to Salvation Army to further bless and help others. Win/win/win!

  • May 28 – Bring your items to NP2 when you come to service that day!
  • May 29-June 3 – schedule a drop-off time (text us at 919.578.5542)
  • June 5 – 9:30-1:00pm
  • June 6 – 9:30-1:00pm
  • June 7- 4:00-7:00pm
  • June 8 – 4:00-7:00pm

And if you love yard sales or know people who do, make sure to mark your calendar and share this date for the actual dale: Sat, June 10 at 8:00am-12:00pm.

Father’s Day 2023 is right around the corner (Sun, June 18) and we can’t wait to celebrate!  At Northpark, we honor ALL men on this day and the many incredible roles they encompass – uncle, grandfather, dad, brother, husband, cousin, and friend. The list goes on!

Join us before service at 9:30am that day for a special breakfast, photo opps, and a chance to connect even more with your Northpark family. Then join in at 10:00am for the amazing worship experience planned for that day.

Have a special dad or guy in your life? Bring him with you! We can’t wait to see YOU there!

Each year we look forward to celebrating with our graduating high school and college seniors on Graduation Sunday!  It has been a privilege to walk through life with each of them as a church family, and together we will celebrate them in service at Northpark’s Grad Sunday on June 25.

If you (or your student) plans to participate in the Graduate recognition portion of service that day, let us know by registering HERE!

Northpark is honored to continue to to partner with our friends at Hope Project International throughout 2023!

Hope Project supports the work of a local church ministry in Nicaragua. Through their ministry, children are fed, homes are built, education is made possible, and life skills are taught. They are doing a fantastic job of implementing a process to help their community and not just give them a handout. Northpark is sending a team of people again in 2023 to support the work that they are already doing – not to help them find a better way or to help them improve their systems, We trust in the systems created by the people who live in this community day in and day out and the strategic plans working to bring about aid and life change. The results are evident, and we are thankful for their hard work and dedication.

We will continue to share opportunities to pray for the communities there, send resources to the help meet needs, and more throughout the year. If you are interested in being part of the team that travels to Nicaragua with Northpark next year, check out the preliminary details HERE!

Northpark exists to help build life-long followers of Jesus, and one of the ways we do that is by pastoring our cities and meeting needs in our communities.

While we have ideas and resources as a staff, we would love to hear from YOU – our Northpark family! If you have an idea for a service project or community outreach event that we might could possibly participate in or take on, please fill out the form below to let us know!

This could be partnering or volunteering with a local organization, helping a community member who is elderly or unable to complete a task such as yard work, building a ramp, etc., meeting tangible needs of a single parent, the list goes on!

Your input and voice matter and we are thankful to have a church family that seeks out ways to serve! We will prayerfully consider all ideas and take on projects based on timing, availability, resources, and the leading of the Holy Spirit!

Life-change happens in the context of meaningful relationships!  At Northpark, we truly believe we are better together.  We are all made for community and we’re all in need of healthy accountability. These small group Bible studies help develop meaningful relationships between us and God and us and others, all while growing deeper in knowledge and truth in God’s Word. Get all the info about Groups (online and in-person) and Seasonal Classes, and how to find one for you by clicking the graphic above!

Submit questions HERE anytime throughout a series about the message, scripture, application, and more!

One of our goals for 2022 is to put more resources in the hands of the Northpark family as we continue our journey as life-long followers of Jesus. It’s our prayer that these resources in their various forms create opportunities to learn more about Christ and His character, who He has created you to be, and how to apply all that you’ve learned to every aspect of your life!

ONE great resource that we are excited to offer beginning this month is RightNow Media! A quick and simple way to describe it would be Netflix but for Bible study resources. Within RNM, there are currently more than 20,000 discipleship, devotion, and Bible study resources for the Northpark family – kids, youth, and adults!  This is available to anyone at Northpark and in your family for free.  You can access videos, lessons, quick studies and long term ones, and more – any time of day.

Simply click HERE or the graphic above to create your free account and then begin exploring and growing your relationship with God like never before!

Want to find a way to get plugged in, serve in some way, meet new people, use your gifts, and live out your passion? We want to help make that happen! If you are interested in receiving more information about volunteering in a certain are of ministry, being added to one of our monthly team rotations, or if you simply have questions, let us know by clicking HERE and filling out this quick form!
