Exciting things are happening in and through the Northpark Church family!

And just like in all things, seasons change, growth happens, and new things come forth. As Pastor Chris and Pastor Anthony said in the video above, a new season is coming to the Northpark family in January 2023, and we are excited to see what God has planned for our church as a whole, each of YOU as individuals, and our communities that we serve. The best is yet to come!

River Bend Angel Tree 2022

The Northpark family has the incredible opportunity again this year to partner with our family at River Bend Middle School to serve students and families that need a little extra help this Christmas season.

For this outreach initiative, NP family members will have the opportunity beginning Sun, Nov 13, to select a child/family represented by an ornament on our Angel Tree in the NP lobby. Then throughout the next few weeks, you will be able to collect things like gift cards, grocery and gas cards, clothing (socks, hats, coats, etc) and more!  All items should be turned back into the Northpark team by Sun, Dec 4.

More details coming soon!

(6-12th Grade)

YTH Nights are back and in action for our Northpark Students (6-12 Grade) and we could not be more excited. These gatherings are for students and their friends to experience intentional Bible Study and life application, connect with others and build strong relationships, have fun, and of course, eat food!

NP Ladies!

We can’t wait to celebrate the season with YOU and spend a couple of hours connecting this Christmas.

Join other NP ladies and friends Saturday, December 3, from 5-7PM at Northpark’s Community Campus Property (4529 Purnell Rd, Wake Forest) for a fun event full of encouragement, prizes, friends, food, hot chocolate and cookies!

During our gathering we will do an ornament exchange! Bring a Christmas ornament with you to the event (wrapped or in a small bag) – this can be an ornament with a story behind it, something beautiful, something funny or whimsical, whatever you choose! Then we will play a fun game to make sure everyone goes home with a new treasure for their tree!

RSVP HERE so we can plan well for you!

Northpark’s Community Campus | 4529 Purnell Rd, Wake Forest

Join your Northpark family for one of two very special Christmas Eve Services at our Community Campus in Wake Forest. Both services will be family services with kids and adults worshipping together and will include candlelight & communion as we celebrate the Christmas season. These services are identical – we are offering two options due to space, and to attempt to accommodate typical family schedules on Christmas Eve night 🙂

Northpark is honored to continue to to partner with our friends at Hope Project International throughout 2023!

Hope Project supports the work of a local church ministry in Nicaragua. Through their ministry, children are fed, homes are built, education is made possible, and life skills are taught. They are doing a fantastic job of implementing a process to help their community and not just give them a handout. Northpark is sending a team of people again in 2023 to support the work that they are already doing – not to help them find a better way or to help them improve their systems, We trust in the systems created by the people who live in this community day in and day out and the strategic plans working to bring about aid and life change. The results are evident, and we are thankful for their hard work and dedication.

We will continue to share opportunities to pray for the communities there, send resources to the help meet needs, and more throughout the year. If you are interested in being part of the team that travels to Nicaragua with Northpark next year, check out the preliminary details HERE!

One of our goals for 2022 is to put more resources in the hands of the Northpark family as we continue our journey as life-long followers of Jesus. It’s our prayer that these resources in their various forms create opportunities to learn more about Christ and His character, who He has created you to be, and how to apply all that you’ve learned to every aspect of your life!

ONE great resource that we are excited to offer beginning this month is RightNow Media! A quick and simple way to describe it would be Netflix but for Bible study resources. Within RNM, there are currently more than 20,000 discipleship, devotion, and Bible study resources for the Northpark family – kids, youth, and adults!  This is available to anyone at Northpark and in your family for free.  You can access videos, lessons, quick studies and long term ones, and more – any time of day.

Life-change happens in the context of meaningful relationships!  At Northpark, we truly believe we are better together.  We are all made for community and we’re all in need of healthy accountability. These small group Bible studies help develop meaningful relationships between us and God and us and others, all while growing deeper in knowledge and truth in God’s Word. Get all the info about Groups (online and in-person) and Seasonal Classes, and how to find one for you by clicking the graphic above!

Want to find a way to get plugged in, serve in some way, meet new people, use your gifts, and live out your passion? We want to help make that happen! One way to do that is by being a part of the Northpark Dream Team. This Dream Team is made up of every person at Northpark that volunteers and serves in some way, either on Sunday mornings, for special events, in the community and more!

If you are interested in receiving more information about volunteering in a certain are of ministry, being added to one of our monthly team rotations, or if you simply have questions, let us know by clicking HERE and filling out this quick form!
