CURRENT SERIES

What does it mean when you have questions for God? When life happens and the people and things around you are not what you asked for or planned. What happens when you feel like your disappointment goes beyond your circumstances or relationships, and extends to God Himself? How should we perceive life in these moments? This series addresses this disappointment and perspective, and how we can reframe our view to move forward.

Hope After Hurt (August & September 2024)

This series takes a look at what it means to experience hurt. Church hurt, hurt from relationships, hurt from the letdowns of life, and more. The details of each person’s story are different, but the pain is so similar. If you’ve been hurt by the place that is supposed to heal, the people that are supposed to protect, or the plans that are supposed to prosper, we understand. And it’s out of that understanding that we feel the need to share this series. Because though people and places in life may have hurt you, the HEART of God is to HEAL you! Hurt happens, AND there are healthy ways to move forward. (This series was largely inspired by the book “Hope After Church Hurt” by Joe Dobbins)

Love Songs (February 2024)

This series examines the topics of love, friendship, marriage, and relational discourse through the lens of the Old Testament book of The Song of Solomon (or “Song of Songs”). Marriage and relationships have become flippant in our culture. This series, however, discusses the gift of genuine friendship, and the sacredness and power that a marriage covenant should take. Revival (January 2024)

For some, the word revival evokes images of fiery preaching and miracle healings. For others, it has little meaning. This series helps us rightly define and understand revival and its effects on individuals and communities. Though the word revival isn’t found in the Bible, there are accounts of significant outpourings of God’s Spirit on his people, times of spiritual reform, and times of awakening in the spiritual lives of God’s people. We’ll explore these events and discover how we might experience this same revival in our lives and churches today.
